Every year, in November, we grow colorful leaves on our "thankful tree" while, outside, the trees become more bare. Each leaf describes something for which one or more of us is thankful, in our own words. Each year we make new leaves. It makes fine fall decor, but I'm thinking of trying a modified version for other seasons and remember gratitude all year round.
